Terms of service

These terms are between you and Lionasys Technologies Private Limited, the company that operates Najik. By using the Najik app or najik.in, you agree to them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Najik is a discovery platform. We show you content that businesses publish about themselves — offers, new products, collections, events, updates and short videos — ordered by how near they are to you.

We are an intermediary. We do not sell the goods or services you see on Najik, we are not party to any transaction between you and a business, and we do not guarantee that what a business posts is accurate, available, or as described.

• You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

If you list a business on Najik, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent that business.
• The offers, prices, stock and events you post are genuine and you will honour them for as long as they are live.
• You hold the rights to the images and videos you upload, and they show your own business.
• You will not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• You will comply with Indian law on advertising, pricing and consumer protection — including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and its rules on misleading advertisements.

We may remove content or suspend a listing that breaks these rules, and we may verify a business before or after it goes live.

Najik is free for people using it to find things nearby. We do not charge consumers to download the app, browse a feed, save posts or follow a business. Paid plans exist for businesses only.

If you list a business, registering is free and a subscription unlocks the paid features. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay. Promoted and featured posts are labelled as such in the feed.

• Prices and GST. Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on your invoice, which we issue to the business details on the account.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. We email you before each renewal charge, and you can cancel from your business dashboard at any time before that date.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before it applies to your renewal.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, resize and distribute it within Najik and in Najik's own promotion of the platform, for as long as you keep it posted.

The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except that copies already shared or cached by others may persist, and we may keep backup copies for a limited period. We do not sub-license your content to third parties for their own advertising.

Najik shows you what businesses publish about themselves. We are a platform for that information, not the seller of anything on it.

• Offers and listings. The business that posts an offer is responsible for honouring it. We do not check every post before it goes live, and we cannot guarantee that a price, a stock level or an event is still accurate when you see it.
• Dealings with a business. Anything you buy from or arrange with a business you found on Najik is between you and that business. Najik is not a party to it.
• Availability. We work to keep Najik running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
• Distances. Distances shown are estimates based on your device's location and are there to help you judge what is nearby, not to be relied on for navigation.

None of this limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You can stop using Najik and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
